Team building activities at Ballykealey range from an abundance of outdoor activities such as archery, clay pigeon shooting, Gaelic games, falconry, treasure hunts and lots more.

Offsite you can take the team on some river adventures, we work with, Go with the Flow River Adventures who have years of experience working with companies who want something different, put the phones away and enjoy time on the water.

At Ballykealey we can offer a range of refreshments and dinner options, from a relaxed BBQ in our recently opened barn area where you can enjoy a rustic relaxed evening, to a fine dining experience in the Oak room considered the finest room in the house with magnificent sold oak carved wall panels, intricate coving and stately fireplace.

With a strong emphasis on seasonality and sustainability when choosing and planning menus.

With this in mind our Executive Head Chef, James Murray has chosen suppliers who share our philosophy on freshness, quality, sustainability and seasonality.

Using Irish and local suppliers wherever possible including Ballon Meats, Michael Hosey Fruit & Vegetables, Ballon Eggs, Codd Mushrooms, Malones Fruit Farm, The Chocolate Garden of Ireland all located in Carlow very close to Ballykealey and Goresbridge Trout, Kilkenny. Just a snapshot of some of our local suppliers we are very proud to work with.

With 12 individually appointed bedrooms in the main house and 14 self-catering lodges available we can cater for your event exclusively so that it is only your team onsite at any time.
