Ballykealey House was the very first wedding venue we viewed, and we knew straight away that nothing else would beat it. There was just something about the place that felt right, and we could already picture ourselves getting married there. Now, looking back, we’re so grateful we trusted that feeling.

We got married on 13th August 2026, on what was probably one of the hottest days of the year, and we’ll always remember it as the happiest of days. From our first viewing through all the planning and the wedding itself, the entire experience was seamless. It meant so much to be able to let go of the worry, be completely present and enjoy the day together with our family and friends.

What we’ll remember most about Ballykealey is the people. The staff were so warm, kind and attentive, and we felt truly looked after throughout. We know how much work goes on behind the scenes to make a wedding run so smoothly, especially in that heat, and we’re so thankful for the care everyone put into ours.

It’s hard to put into words what it means to have such precious memories of our wedding day. To everyone at Ballykealey, thank you for helping make those memories so happy. You’ll always be part of our story, and we couldn’t have wished for a better place to begin this chapter together.
