We couldn’t have chosen a better venue than Ballykealey! From the outset everyone was kind, professional, and supportive and gave us the best day we could have ever asked for. All our guests were raving about the food, the attention to detail and the beauty of the house and surroundings. For months afterwards, all we could hear back from our friends and family was that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! We could not bestow enough praise on Ballykealey for the amazing day they gave us.

We were in always in safe hands with Angela who has a second-to-none level of attention to detail that just made everything click on the day, who thought of things we never would have thought of and made us feel relaxed knowing the day was well in-hand. Both Richael and Kate were always so supportive, kind and helpful up to and throughout the day, answering all our questions, getting everything organised and ensuring us and our guests just had that personal touch to the day. To say the food was immaculate is an understatement, chef James was just amazing making sure everyone’s tastes and dietary requirements were taken care of and gave all our guests a culinary experience that everyone waxed lyrical about afterwards.

We loved every second of our day and could not recommend Ballykealey enough for anyone looking for a wedding venue. The beauty of the land around the country house, the delicious food, and the professional and kind staff is absolutely of the highest standard you can ever expect. We are so glad we made the right choice and want to thank Ballykealey and staff for the fond memories they gave us.
